RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services
- Processing customer payments for products or services, including credit card, online, or other payment methods. Verifying payment details and ensuring accuracy before completing transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
